SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Check your setup.
Then get connected.

Choose the support path that fits your computer. Check the requirements on both the technician device and the remote device before enrollment.

Windows devices

Windows 10 or 11, x64, for the native agent and Windows viewer. Enrollment requires an administrator-issued installation code.

Use the approved installer for your environment. Service setup may require Windows administrator approval.

Browser workspace

Use a current desktop browser for the technician dashboard. Customers joining a browser session need screen-sharing support.

Mobile browsers can open the dashboard; screen-sharing and control availability differ by platform.

A working connection

Internet access is required on both ends. Firewalls must allow the HTTPS, WebSocket and WebRTC connections used by your deployment.

Responsive control depends on network latency, device performance and the selected viewing quality.

BEFORE A SESSION

A short readiness check.

Review the device and network before inviting your technician.

  • Keep both computers online during the session
  • Have the customer or device administrator approve the access
  • Check that the remote desktop worker is running in a signed-in Windows session
  • Ask your network administrator about firewall restrictions if the connection fails
  • Use connection diagnostics to review performance on your devices
